As a service provider, we are responsible for our own content on these pages in accordance with general law. However, as a service provider we are not obliged to monitor transmitted or stored third-party information or to investigate circumstances that indicate illegal activity.
Obligations to remove or block the use of information under general law remain unaffected. Liability in this respect is, however, only possible from the time we become aware of a specific infringement. As soon as we become aware of such infringements, we will remove the content in question immediately.
Our website contains links to external third-party websites over whose content we have no control. We therefore cannot accept any liability for this external content. The respective provider or operator of the linked pages is always responsible for their content. The linked pages were checked for possible legal violations at the time of linking. No illegal content was apparent at that time.
Permanent monitoring of the content of linked pages is not reasonable without concrete indications of an infringement. As soon as we become aware of any infringements, we will remove such links immediately.
All texts are protected by copyright.

This website is purely informational. We do not use cookies, analytics or tracking services, do not embed social media plugins and do not load any content such as fonts or videos from third parties. There is no contact form and no login. Personal data is only processed to the extent necessary to provide the website technically, and when you contact us yourself.
This website is hosted by Netlify, Inc., 101 2nd Street, San Francisco, CA 94105, USA (“Netlify”). When you visit our website, Netlify automatically processes information transmitted by your browser (server log files). This includes in particular:
IP address, date and time of access, requested page or file, amount of data transferred, status of the request, referrer URL (the previously visited page), browser type and version, and the operating system used.
This processing serves to deliver the website, to ensure its stability and security, and to detect and prevent misuse such as attacks on the servers. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. Our legitimate interest lies in providing our website securely, reliably and quickly.
We have a data processing agreement with Netlify in accordance with Art. 28 GDPR. Under this agreement, Netlify processes the data only on our instructions and in compliance with the GDPR.
Data may be transferred to the USA in the process. Netlify is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework. The European Commission has adopted an adequacy decision under Art. 45 GDPR for certified companies. In addition, Netlify has incorporated the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses into its data processing agreement.
Log files are only stored for as long as necessary for the purposes stated above and are deleted afterwards. Further information can be found in Netlify’s privacy policy.
For security reasons, this website uses SSL/TLS encryption. You can recognise an encrypted connection by the browser’s address bar starting with “https://” and showing a lock symbol. When encryption is active, the data you transmit to us cannot be read by third parties.
If you contact us by phone or by other means, we process the data you provide, such as your name, phone number and the content of your enquiry, in order to handle your request. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR where your enquiry relates to a contract or pre-contractual measures, and otherwise Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR, based on our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries. The data will be deleted once your request has been fully dealt with, unless statutory retention obligations apply.
Within the scope of the applicable legal provisions, you have the right at any time to access the personal data we hold about you (Art. 15 GDPR), to have inaccurate data rectified (Art. 16 GDPR), to erasure (Art. 17 GDPR), to restriction of processing (Art. 18 GDPR) and to data portability (Art. 20 GDPR). To exercise these rights, please use the contact details above.
Right to object: Where we process data on the basis of Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR, you may object to this processing at any time on grounds relating to your particular situation (Art. 21 GDPR).
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority (Art. 77 GDPR), in particular in the member state of your habitual residence, your place of work or the place of the alleged infringement.
No automated decision-making, including profiling within the meaning of Art. 22 GDPR, takes place.
